The District operates Spicewood Fire & Rescue to provide a full range of emergency services.

The department responds to calls for medical assistance, vehicle accidents and collisions, wildland and brush fires, structure fires, water rescues..... When you call 911, a  local firefighter will show up.

District funds are used:

​

1) To purchase and maintain equipment and apparatus.

2) To fund Training and Recruitment programs.

3) To maintain Facilities

4) To provide Administrative Support.
